This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Online Orders
Items purchased via evermed.ae may be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
All labels, seals, and accessories must be intact
Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Prescription medicines and over-the-counter medicines
Temperature-sensitive products
Perishable goods
Personal care and hygiene items
Baby formula and milk products
Opened or used products
4. Return Process
Customers must contact our support team to initiate a return request
For eligible online orders, a pickup may be arranged
Returned items will undergo a quality inspection
⚠️ Returns that fail inspection (used, damaged, or tampered items) will be rejected.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval
Approved refunds will be issued via:
Original payment method, or
Store credit (if applicable)
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
A damaged product
A defective item
The wrong item
You must notify us immediately upon delivery or within 24 hours.
After verification, EverMed will offer:
Replacement, or
Full refund
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process
8. Promotions & Free Gifts
If an order includes a free gift, it must be returned along with the original product
Refund eligibility may be affected if promotional conditions are not met
