Directions For Use

Determine your cycle length and compute when to start testing (refer to leaflet). Insert a new test stick into the digital reader (if required) or prepare the stick. Collect urine sample (first urine after longest sleep recommended) or hold tip in urine stream as per instructions. Wait for result: the digital display will show a “☺” when your LH surge is detected — indicating your peak fertile window (typically the next 24-48 hours). Have intercourse during your identified fertile days to increase chances of conception. Use a new stick each day until your window is identified. Dispose of used sticks properly.
