For optimal results, brush your teeth twice daily. Apply the recommended amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush. Gently brush your teeth for at least two minutes, focusing on all surfaces. After brushing, floss to remove any remaining food particles and plaque. Rinse your mouth with water after brushing and flossing to remove any remaining toothpaste.
