Directions For Use

Apply the patch to the affected area, it activates within 5 minutes providing warmth for up to 8 hours.
Do not cut, fold, massage, or wet the patch, and avoid bandaging over it.
To continue to apply again for the next 8 hours.
Do not use on children under 12 without medical advice.
