Directions For Use

Reach around the back of your head and pull outward and upward on the ear while inserting the plug until you feel it sealing. This may seem tight at first, especially if you’ve never worn earplugs. Caution: Do not push ear plug into ear so far that you are unable to easily grasp stem with thump and forefinger. Cleaning Instructions: Wash with mild soap and warm water. Dry thoroughly before reinserting into ear.
