Apply a small amount of EMOFLUOR Intensive Care Gel to your toothbrush and brush teeth 1–2 times daily (preferably after regular brushing), then spit out without rinsing to allow it to work longer. For best results, avoid eating or drinking for about 30 minutes after use.
