Easy Anti-Snoring Mouth Guard is a mouldable oral device designed to support airflow during sleep and help reduce snoring. Its heat-formable tray can be shaped around the teeth and gums for a personalised fit.

  • Used For: Helping reduce snoring during sleep.
  • Medicine Type: Mouldable anti-snoring mouth guard.
  • Insert the handle into the tray opening.
  • Submerge the tray in water heated to approximately 70–80°C for 15–25 seconds.
  • Remove carefully and shake off excess water.
  • Place it in the mouth and bite gently.
  • Press around the teeth and gums to form the shape.
  • Remove and place in cool water to set.
  • Do not use water that is actively boiling.
  • Ensure the device fits comfortably and does not obstruct breathing.
  • Stop use if jaw pain, gum irritation or breathing difficulty occurs.
  • Keep clean between uses.
