These terms apply to your use of the EverMED Pharmacy online store and to the orders you place with us.

Ordering

By placing an order you confirm that the details you provide are accurate. An order is accepted once we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or a required prescription is not valid.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in UAE Dirham (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Prescription medicines

Prescription-only medicines are dispensed only after a licensed pharmacist has reviewed a valid prescription. We may contact you for clarification and may decline to dispense where it would not be safe or lawful to do so.

Delivery

We deliver across Dubai. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.

Returns

For health and safety reasons, medicines and certain healthcare products cannot be returned once dispensed, except where an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. If there is a problem with your order, contact us promptly and we will make it right.

Please use all products as directed and read the accompanying leaflet. The information on this store is for general guidance and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
