- Clean and dry the skin.
- Cut the tape to the required length.
- Round the corners to improve adhesion.

- Rub gently to activate the adhesive.
- Do not apply over broken, irritated or infected skin.
- Remove if itching, rash or discomfort develops.
- Avoid excessive stretch during application.
