Imodium 2mg Capsules contain loperamide, an antidiarrhoeal medicine that slows bowel movement and improves fluid absorption. It helps provide effective short-term relief from acute diarrhoea while reducing the frequency of loose bowel motions.
  • Active Ingredient: Loperamide 2mg
  • Used For: Relief of acute diarrhoea.
  • Medicine Type: Antidiarrhoeal capsules.
  • Adults may take an initial dose of 2 capsules, followed by 1 capsule after each loose stool.
  • Do not exceed 6 capsules daily.
  • Do not use for more than 48 hours unless advised.
  • Not recommended for children under 12 years.
  • Use only as directed.
  • Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists beyond 48 hours.
  • Maintain adequate fluid intake during diarrhoea.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
