Imodium Instants 2mg Tablets contain loperamide in a fast-dissolving formulation that melts on the tongue without water. They provide rapid relief from acute diarrhoea and diarrhoea associated with irritable bowel syndrome by slowing bowel movement and improving fluid absorption.
- Active Ingredient: Loperamide 2mg
- Used For: Relief of acute diarrhoea and diarrhoea associated with IBS.
- Medicine Type: Orodispersible antidiarrhoeal tablets.
- Take 2 tablets initially, then 1 tablet after each loose bowel movement.
- Allow the tablet to dissolve on the tongue before swallowing.
- Do not chew the tablet.
- Do not exceed 6 tablets within 24 hours.
- Use only as directed.
- Maintain adequate fluid intake during diarrhoea.
- Seek medical advice if symptoms persist beyond 48 hours.
- Keep out of reach of children.
