NutritionL Electrolyte Effervescent Tablets create a refreshing isotonic drink that helps replace fluids and electrolytes lost through sweating, vomiting or diarrhoea. The formula also provides B vitamins and vitamin C for energy support.
  • Active Ingredient: Electrolyte Blend
  • Used For: Hydration and electrolyte replacement.
  • Medicine Type: Effervescent electrolyte supplement.
  • Adults and children over 12 years: Dissolve 1 tablet in cold water.
  • Use 355ml for a stronger taste, 473ml for a medium taste or 592ml for a lighter taste.
  • Drink after the tablet has fully dissolved.
