Otrivin Adult 0.1% Nasal Drops contain xylometazoline, a topical decongestant that temporarily reduces swelling inside the nasal passages. They provide rapid relief from blocked nose symptoms associated with colds, allergies and sinus-related congestion.
  • Active Ingredient: Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 0.1%
  • Used For: Temporary relief of nasal congestion in adults and children aged 12 years and above.
  • Medicine Type: Nasal decongestant drops.
  • Adults and children aged 12 years and above may use 2 or 3 drops per nostril, 2 to 3 times daily, as needed.
  • Do not use more often than every 8 to 10 hours.
  • Clear the nose before application.
  • Do not exceed the recommended amount.
  • Do not use for longer than 5 days unless advised.
  • Do not share the bottle with others.
  • Prolonged use may worsen nasal congestion.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
