Otrivin Children 0.05% Nasal Spray contains xylometazoline, a topical decongestant that helps reduce swelling inside a child’s nasal passages. It provides temporary relief from nasal blockage caused by colds, allergies or sinus-related congestion.

- Used For: Temporary relief of nasal congestion in children.
- Medicine Type: Paediatric nasal decongestant spray.
- Children aged 2 to 11 years may use 1 spray in each nostril up to 3 times daily.
- Use for children aged 1 to 2 years only when prescribed.
- Clear the nose gently before use.
- Always administer under adult supervision.
- Do not use longer than recommended.
