Otrivin Complete Nasal Spray contains xylometazoline and ipratropium bromide. The combination temporarily reduces swelling inside the nasal passages and decreases excessive nasal discharge, helping relieve both a blocked and runny nose associated with colds.
  • Active Ingredients: Ipratropium Bromide 0.6mg/ml + Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 0.5mg/ml
  • Used For: Temporary relief of nasal congestion and runny nose.
  • Medicine Type: Combination nasal decongestant and anticholinergic spray.
  • Apply 1 spray into each nostril up to 3 times daily.
  • Allow at least 6 hours between consecutive applications.
  • Clear the nose gently before use.
  • Do not exceed 3 applications per nostril daily.
  • Use only for the recommended short duration.
  • Do not share the nozzle with others.
  • Prolonged use may worsen nasal congestion.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
