Panadol Cold & Flu Day Caplets combine paracetamol, phenylephrine and caffeine to provide daytime relief from cold and flu symptoms, including headache, sinus pain, nasal congestion and fatigue without causing drowsiness.
  • Active Ingredients: Paracetamol + Phenylephrine + Caffeine
  • Used For: Daytime relief of cold and flu symptoms.
  • Medicine Type: Daytime cold and flu caplets.
  • Adults, elderly and adolescents over 16 years: Take 2 caplets every 4–6 hours as needed.
  • Do not exceed 8 caplets in 24 hours.
  • Allow at least 4 hours between doses.
  • Do not use continuously for more than 7 days without medical advice.
  • Do not exceed the recommended dose.
  • Avoid taking other medicines containing paracetamol.
  • Seek professional advice if symptoms persist.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
