Panadol Cold & Flu Night Tablets provide nighttime relief from common cold and flu symptoms, including fever, headache, muscle aches, nasal congestion, sneezing and cough. The combination helps relieve symptoms while supporting more comfortable rest overnight.
  • Active Ingredients: Paracetamol + Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Doxylamine Succinate
  • Used For: Nighttime relief of cold and flu symptoms.
  • Medicine Type: Night cold and flu tablets.
  • Adults and children over 12 years: Take 2 tablets every 6 hours as needed.
  • Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.
  • Adults should not use for more than a few days without medical advice.
  • Children aged 12–17 years should not use for more than 48 hours without medical advice.
  • May cause drowsiness.
  • Do not exceed the recommended dose.
  • Avoid taking other medicines containing paracetamol.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
