Tiger Balm Plaster 7 × 10cm is a medicated adhesive patch containing menthol and camphor for targeted relief of minor muscle aches, stiffness and joint discomfort. It provides prolonged warming and cooling sensations directly over the affected area.

- Used For: Temporary relief of local muscle and joint pain and stiffness.
- Medicine Type: Medicated pain-relief plaster.
- Clean and dry the affected area.
- Peel away the protective backing.
- Apply the plaster firmly over the painful area.
- Leave in place for up to 8–12 hours according to the product instructions.
